How do I book an appointment for ADD coaching or counseling?You can reach me via phone at 561-706-1274 or email at [email protected]. If you are unable to reach me, I will get back to you within 24 hours during business days.
Do you accept health insurance?I am an in network provider for most health insurance plans. However, I will provide you with a monthly statement with proper diagnostic codes to submit to your insurance provider for re-imbursement should I be out of network with your particular provider. Please contact me to find out about your specific insurance coverage for counseling.
What forms of payment do you accept for ADD therapy & coaching?I accept cash, check or credit card at the time services are rendered. Direct deposit payments through Pay Pal are also accepted, prior to our counseling sessions.
Where is your counseling office located?My counseling office is located in Boca Raton, Florida. Click here for a map to my office.
What is your availability?I can usually fit you into my schedule within a few days.
What are your office hours?I see clients Monday – Fridays from 9:00 AM-7:30 PM. I also have Saturday hours from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
What type of clients do you see?While I specialize in providing services to adults and adolescents with ADD/ADHD, I also work with couples in which one or both partners have an ADD/ADHD diagnosis. In addition, I see clients who may or may not have ADHD who suffer from depression, anxiety, and life transition issues. As a Certified Hypnotherapist and licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro -Linguistic Programming (NLP), I often work with individuals on the following problems as well: anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, smoking cessation and weight loss.
What is your experience and training as an ADD therapist and coach?In addition to my Master’s degree in Social Work, I have taken numerous courses on helping people with ADD. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Both techniques bring excellent results with people with ADD/ADHD. In addition, I am a certified practitioner of Transpersonal Psychology and Integrative Breathwork. You can read more about my counseling /coaching background here.
Do you provide ADD/ADHD assessments?If you think you might have ADD or ADHD but have not received a diagnosis, I can provide an assessment for you. Regardless of whether you have had an ADD/ADHD diagnosis, if you are showing symptoms related to ADD/ADHD, I can help you with those so that you can feel better about yourself and your life.
How do I know if I need coaching or counseling?When we first speak we can determine whether it’s ADD coaching you will need or therapy. It’s possible that I will provide a bit of both, since the two services sometimes overlap.
How long is an ADD therapy or coaching session?Our first session will be 60 minutes in length. This gives us an opportunity to assess your situation and establish a plan of action for you to overcome your struggles. All subsequent counseling or coaching sessions are 50 minutes.
How long will I have to be in coaching or therapy?The length of coaching or therapy will depend upon your goals. My intent is to help you solve your problems as quickly as possible. If you are coming to see me to resolve very specific struggles, we might work together for a few months. If you want to resolve long term issues, therapy can take longer. Together we will decide how long coaching or therapy will last.
How do I know that therapy or coaching will be successful for me?If you are motivated and willing to work at solving your problems, you can potentially achieve great success with my help as your coach or counselor. Along with helping clients with ADD/ADHD, I’ve helped hundreds of clients resolve their struggles associated with various concerns and move on to live happy and rewarding lives. My focus is on helping you get strong and quick results.
How will I benefit from coaching or therapy?I am known for helping clients make huge changes in their lives when they are committed to the counseling or coaching process. If you are willing to do your part, you can expect to feel better about yourself, see your strengths more clearly and be able to use them to your full potential. You’ll be able to focus better, develop stronger organizational skills, and vastly improve your relationships. You’ll feel more at ease in social situations and more at peace with yourself.
What is your cancelation policy?I require 24 hours notice for cancelation of appointments. You will be charged the full fee for the counseling session if you do not cancel within this time frame.
